- Negative plates:
The plates are made of Lead-calcium grid and active material paste, very low self discharge, there are not only chemical reaction but also absorb reaction during charging and discharging.
- Separators:
It prevent positive and negative plates from direct short circuit and from being violently shocked and impacted, it’s made of special glass fibre, equipped with high performance ion conductive and excellent liquid keeping characteristics.
- Positive plates:
Grid in anti-corrosive lead-calcium alloy and active material, self discharge very small.
- Safety construction:
To prevent internal gas pressure from extreme uprising and cause battery to break, the special design of safety valve and anti explosion filter, can safely expel gas when extreme charging.
- Terminals:
With design for lock on and wire connection 2 purposes.
- Battery container & cover:
With high tension polyethylene resin material, equipped with anti-heat, anti-drug and anti-impact characteristics.
- Plate conjuction:
Adopt automatic welding equipments for plate welding, with very high anti-shock characteristics.
- Plate group conjunction:
Adopt container piercing technics, low internal resistence, activating performance upgraded.
